Essential Equipment

There are many kinds of equipment. Of course, these pieces of equipment will help you work out and get stronger and faster. But to me, if you have a limited budget, I recommend equipment that can be used for different groups of muscles and movements. For example, Adjustable Dumbbells are both cost-effective and space-efficient. You can use Resistance Bands for different strength training and warm-up exercises.  If you think about your core and balance, a Stability Ball is good for you.
